McConnell Auto Glass

We have gone to McConnell Auto Glass 2 times now, and their customer service is top tier! Initially I was looking into another company (the one with the jingle) but they pushed you to a website and didn't answer the phone when I wanted to talk to a human. McConnell has very fast service, and the team is so nice. I highly recommend them to anyone that has a chip to be filled in or a whole new windshield. We got both!

Great service and highly recommended. I called in for replacing my passenger side window and a guy came in to my home the next business day and got it done. He was also very helpful for thoroughly cleaning up the broken pieces inside and outside.

Great service! Finished quicker than I expected. Will definitely use again. Evan made the process seamless and remained on the phone with insurance company while I got everything booked. Exceptional customer service! Joe checked me out and we chatted for about 10 minutes after. My windshield on my truck looks brand new! These guys are great and made it a pleasant experience overall!

First Rate Lawn Service. I own a landscaping company with lot of trucks. Previously, I relied on another well-known auto glass provider; however, their prices became expensive. After being referred to this company, I found their rates to be very reasonable. The technicians, Mike and Evan, performed excellent work, and they were just good people.

Absolutely Incredible Experience!!!!! I intentionally waited two weeks before sharing my thoughts because I wanted to ensure I had a solid understanding of their work. I can confidently say that the entire experience was flawless. From the very first phone call to stepping through the door, the hands-on approach they provided was outstanding. They took care of everything, sparing me from the hassle of dealing with the insurance company. I chose to go with them due to their excellent reputation, and now I can personally confirm that they truly are the best in the Triangle area for glass repair or installation. This is one instance where you won’t regret your choice; they genuinely care about their customers, treating you as more than just a number and handling your vehicle with the same care they would their own. So don’t waste your time looking elsewhere—these glowing reviews are accurate, and you will walk away satisfied. The service wait times were spot on as well. Thank you so much, McConnell Auto Glass, for an amazing experience—I will gladly recommend you to others!
